It's been a while since I used watercolors.
It was fun to paint the hair/leafs but somehow I can never mix up the skin color I want.
I'm also not used to leave big white areas empty like I did here but it can give a nice effect (I hope).
Enjoy! :D

Daily DeviationLeaf Spirit by *AnnieMsson is a very beautiful piece. It's vibrant and full of details into the tiniest leaves. A wonderful use of watercolor, this deviation is definitely worth your time. Be sure to check out the rest of the deviant's beautiful digital and traditional works as well. I think the white area actually looks alot nicer rather then if it was all filled up. =P :+fav:

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for anything but you can't help but smile when you see them fall down a flight of stairs.

Oh, that's so pretty! Was this the sketch you showed me the other day? Man, you work fast! XD
Turned out lovely, and I like the hue of the skin, makes her more otherworldly. The white part of the paper looks good. It probably wouldn't look as good if that was filled too.
